BEACH BALL (1965)“Watched expressly to see a pre-interdimensional Scott Walker sing an unusually trite song about a dance move called the Jerk. But in the process you get to see some pert gidgets go-go-ing while kinda douechy surfer dudes make misogy wisecracks. Plus some plot-pausing performances by Frankie Valli and Diana Ross. I guess this is what teens handjobbed each other to at drive-ins back in the day?”-Danny Gazelle
